Students Living On Campus
All students that live on-campus are required by the University to choose one of the following plans:
- 120
This ‘block’ plan is the most flexible and versatile option available. It allows you to eat any 120 meals in the Dining Commons each semester.
Make this a 120 PLUS and we’ll add $150 Dining Dollars each semester to your FSCard.
- 19
This plan offers the best value for the student accustomed to eating 3 meals a day. It allows you to eat any 19 meals in the Dining Commons available Monday through Sunday. Included are 10 guest meal passes for the Dining Commons each semester.
Make this a 19 PLUS and we’ll add $100 Dining Dollars each semester to your FSCard.
- 14 plus
This plan is perfect for a student who is a moderate eater or goes home on the occasional weekend. It allows you to eat any 14 meals in the Dining Commons available Monday through Sunday. Included each semester are $150 Dining Dollars to use at all Framingham State Dining locations and 5 guest meal passes for the Dining Commons.
- 10 plus
This plan is ideal for the lighter eater or for a student who is frequently away from campus on the weekends. It allows you to eat any 10 meals in the Dining Commons available Monday through Sunday. Included each semester are $200 Dining Dollars to use at all Framingham State Dining locations and 2 guest meal passes for the Dining Commons.
Meals...
- can be used for admission to the Dining Commons OR for a ‘Simply to Go’ meal exchange in Snack Bar.
- meals on the 19, 14 and 10 plans are non-transferable and can only be used by the FSCardholder.
- meals on the 120 and 120 ‘block’ plans may be used by the FSCardholder and for their guest(s).
Dining Dollars...
- are available only with the purchase of a Plus Meal Plan.
- may be used for purchases in any one of the FSU Dining Services locations.
- must be used within the semester in which they are provided.
- have no actual cash value.
- not used by the end of the semester will be forfeited.

RAM CASH is a pre-paid debit account that allows students, faculty, and staff with a valid FSCard to make purchases at any one of our Dining Services locations. Your RAM CASH funds may also be used for purchases at the Bookstore, laundry in the Residence Halls, snack purchases from select vending machines and at a variety of off-campus locations.
How it Works
- Visit the Dining Services office located in the McCarthy University Center or logon to Blackboard and choose the FSCard Tab.
- Make a deposit via cash, check or credit card. Only credit cards may be used for online deposits.
- Your card will be ready to use in minutes.

- You’ll also get a frequency punch card with which you can earn up to 3 FREE meals!

- 50
This ‘block’ plan is designed especially for students who commute to campus every day. It allows you to eat any 50 meals in the Dining Commons throughout the semester.
Make this a 50 PLUS and we’ll add $500 in RAM Cash each semester to your FSCard
- 25
This ‘block’ plan is designed especially for students who commute to campus and plan to occasionally eat in the Dining Commons. It allows you to eat any 25 meals in the Dining Commons during the semester.

*Please remember that the meal plan operates on a Monday to Sunday weekly schedule. Meals will refresh for Monday morning. Meals not utilized during the week do not carry over to the following week.*
