What is my FSCard?
Your FSCard is your student ID which provides access to residence halls. If you have a meal plan, your FSCard is used for meals in The Dining Commons. If you have a meal plan with Dining Dollars (FSU Dining Locations ONLY) or RAM Cash, you may use your FSCard for purchases at all FSU Dining Services locations, at the Bookstore, for Laundry, at selected Snack vending machines and at a variety of Off-Campus vendors. What do I do if I lost my FSCard?
Lost FSCards must be reported to the ID Office during business hours or to Campus police on nights and weekends. There is a $15.00 fee for replacement of a lost card. Cards may also be put on hold via Blackboard.
When does my meal plan reset for the week?
The week runs Monday – Sunday so your meals will reset starting Monday morning.
What do I do if I am unable to make it to a meal because of class, an internship or my work schedule?
Please stop by the Dining Services Office with a copy of your class schedule or a letter from your place of internship or employment stating your scheduled hours. You may also have your supervisor send an email to dining@framingham.edu with the same information. Once approved by the Director of Dining Services, you will be provided with a meal exception that will allow you to transfer one meal for a fixed amount in the State Street Grill at a time of your choosing.
Can my friend use my FSCard?
Use of your FSCard is limited to the person identified on the card.
Can I take food from The Dining Commons?
The removal of food in addition to china, silverware & cups from The Dining Commons is strictly prohibited.
I want to change my meal plan. Where do I go?
Meal plan changes or additions can be made by visiting the Dining Services Office. Please note that changes to a lower meal plan may only be made prior to add/drop.
